tcommerce provides a software platform that enables merchants to create and operate Telegram-based e-commerce shops, manage products, and receive orders through Telegram mini applications.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

tcommerce provides tools that allow users to:

• Create and manage Telegram-based online shops
• List products and receive orders
• Receive order notifications through Telegram
• Manage store operations through a web admin dashboard

tcommerce is a software platform only and is not a marketplace, payment processor, or logistics provider. Merchants are solely responsible for their products, transactions, and customer relationships.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using tcommerce are solely responsible for:

• Products listed on their store
• Product legality
• Product descriptions and accuracy
• Pricing
• Customer service
• Refunds and disputes
• Order fulfillment and shipping

tcommerce does not guarantee sales or customer traffic.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Service to:

• Sell illegal products
• Sell counterfeit goods
• Sell regulated items without proper licenses
• Conduct fraud or scams
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass or abuse customers

tcommerce reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Telegram
• Payment providers
• Hosting services
• Email services

tcommerce does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for service outages, API changes, platform restrictions, or third-party data handling. Use of these services is subject to their own terms.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree:

• To pay the listed price
• That subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
• That fees are non-refundable except where required by law

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

8. Free Tier

Free tier users may be subject to limitations including but not limited to:

tcommerce may modify or discontinue free plans at any time.

9. Data & Store Content

Users retain ownership of product data, store content, and order information. However, by using the Service you grant tcommerce permission to:

• Store and process this data
• Display store content necessary for platform operation
• Use anonymized data for platform improvement

10. Service Availability

tcommerce strives to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tcommerce shall not be liable for:

• Lost revenue or profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to tcommerce in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Users may cancel their account at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked.
