Get your Bot Token
- 1Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
- 2Send the command
/newbotand follow the prompts to name your bot - 3BotFather will reply with your token. Copy it — it looks like:

Get your Admin Chat ID
- 1Open Telegram and search for @userinfobot
- 2Send
/start— the bot replies with your user info including your Chat ID - 3Copy the number next to Id: — it looks like:
@userinfobot inside the group. The group's Chat ID will be a negative number like -100987654321.Step 3
Paste them into Admin Settings
Go to Admin → Settings → Telegram Bot, paste your Bot Token and Chat ID, then click Save. That's it — you'll receive an instant Telegram message for every new order, and your customers get automatic updates when you move their order through confirmed → shipped → delivered.
